Each purchase made will be considered performed in the United States. U.S. law will govern every aspect of each purchase contractual agreement made from this website. Unless and until Cre-C Max confirms acceptance of your order, no agreement for the sale of any item will exist between you and Cre-C Max. We will only provide confirmation after receiving full payment for all the items ordered. Confirmation consists of Cre-C Max accepting your offer to buy items from Cre-C Max. The confirmation you receive will include all relevant legal information relating to your agreement. Immediately after receiving this confirmation, please make sure all details of your order are correct and print out a copy for your records. Cre-C Max aims to arrange shipment of all in-stock items from an order within 2 business days of receiving payment for such order. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. We will not address any delivery inquiries before this time has elapsed. Your order may be delayed or cancelled if the item is not in stock.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you within 10 business days of your order. At this point you may cancel your order by emailing us at customerservice@boricuashop. You undertake that the credit or debit card you are using belongs to you and that there are enough funds in it to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. For your security and ours, the billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All prices are shown in U.S. currency and processed in the same. We accept credit cards drawn on a U.S. or Canadian bank. Purchases made with a payment method that is drawn on a Canadian bank will be subject to applicable currency exchange rates.
Unregistered Debit Cards or Pre-paid Credit Cards will not be accepted.
Any promotions made available through Cre-C Max will be governed by specific rules that are different from the terms and conditions set forth herein. By taking part in any of our promotions, you agree to become subject to those specific rules.
All items purchased on Cre-C Max will be shipped via FedEx and their delivery can be tracked. The place of delivery will be the address entered by the customers on their order forms at the time of ordering. You are responsible for immediately informing Cre-C Max of any changes that need to be made to the information you provide with your order. If your order is returned to us as a result of you having provided inaccurate address information, we will charge you to have it redelivered to you. If we have attempted to deliver your goods by courier and the goods are returned to us because you did not pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by UPS we will still charge you the costs of sending these goods out to you and will charge you to have it redelivered to you. We cannot be held responsible if FedEx does not inform you of an attempted delivery.
In the rare occasion that your goods get lost or damaged in transit, we will either refund or replace the items you ordered as soon as we complete an investigation. This may take up to 21 working days. If the delivery address is outside of the United States, the customer will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once a shipment reaches the country of destination. Any such additional costs for customs clearance must be covered by the customer. The customer agrees that he or she will comply with all the relevant laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Please keep in mind that any delivery periods stated are estimates.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser. All purchases made at Cre-C Max are made in agreement with a shipment contract.
When we receive orders returned to us with an erroneous address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information previously provided by them or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may opt to issue a refund. If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, we will resend but charge the customer the shipping fees. A 10% restocking fee of the total product price will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund.

If we make a mistake and send you a wrong item, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date that you received your order with the original delivery slip and we will send the correct one back to you. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unsoiled, with labels intact and in re-saleable condition. Please contact Cre-C Maxfor return order procedures before sending the product back. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. The customer will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee.

From time to time we receive orders that are suspicious in nature. If an order appears suspicious in nature, Cre-C Max may contact you via e-mail to confirm information details about your account.
If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days of our e-mail request, your order will be cancelled.
Cre-C Max reserves the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent.
